Electric Shorts (Melbourne Fringe Festival)
The New Life has been selected to screen at Electric Shorts, a short film competition which is part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival. This event features a programme of films which display different styles and cover a range of themes, created by twelve filmmakers from diverse backgrounds. However, all the participating films have been made without the assistance of government funding bodies or film studios. This a festival for the truly independents, where at the end of the show there will be time for audience members and filmmakers to mingle. Electric Shorts will take place on October 10th from 7:30pm at Loop, 23 Meyers Place, Melbourne. Entry is free.
